“User”/ “You” means and includes you and/or any person or an entity including using or accessing the services provided on this Site.
“Site” means the online transaction platform owned and operated by DM ElixirCare which provides a venue to the users of DM ElixirCare to buy the products/services listed on www.paxnaturals.com.

Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into legally binding agreement and have the requisite authority to bind the other party to this Agreement. You shall not use this Site if you are not competent to contract under the applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Acceptance of Order

DM ElixirCare reserved its rights to accept or reject Purchase Order. In case of acceptance of order, intimation will be sent to buyer through its registered Mobile Number. Once Purchase Order is accepted, DM ElixirCare will make reasonable efforts to deliver Products within reasonable time. In case you don’t receive any confirmation, it shall be deemed that Purchase Order is not accepted by DM ElixirCare. Incase of rejection of order by DM ElixirCare, any advance received by DM ElixirCare will be automatically refunded to the account of the user.

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), applicable tax is charged separately as per prevailing rates and you will also liable to pay other Delivery / Transportation Charges as per policy of DM ElixirCare.
